High frequency microwave SQUID device with flow focussing structure

The microwave SQUID device includes at least a Josephson contact having a SQUID loop with a flow focussing structure provided by a superconducting material. The focussing structure is such that it is usable simultaneously in single or multiple modes as a tank resonant circuit to couple the loop to the HF power. The material may be a high temp. superconducting material.
