<p>PURPOSE:To provide a sandal with which a foot can be prevented from fatigue even through a long time putting-on by furnishing the sandal with an inner sole made from a foaming body as a mixture of an EVA (ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer) and cork, and equipping the front surface of the foaming body with surface unevenness so that it suits the foot sole. CONSTITUTION:Cork particles are mixed with an EVA and the mixture is molten and extruded so that a foaming body sheet is produced whose thickness increase toward the rear. The thinner side of this sheet is set at the toe of a sandal, and the sheet is punched off into the shape of sandal to yield a base 1 for an inner sole. Also the sheet is punched off into sandal shape with the same thickness arrangement while the peripheral part 2 of sandal and the roots 3 of toes are left, and the foot arch part 4 is punched separately, and these are adhered to the previously prepared base 1 of inner sole. A suede-like natural leather is put in pressure attachment to the surface of the provided inner sole, and the ends of a band 5 made from a natural leather of smooth tone are adhered to the rear surface of the inner sole, and further thereto a PVC foaming body is adhered as the regular sole 7. The resultant sandal is thus produced, which presents a hand-made tone and fashionable sense.</p> |
