<p>A cutter robot (1) used to operate in a horizontal pipe (23) and having a horizontally extending main body (6), a stand means (2 - 5) to support said main body, and a head bearing a rotary grinder assembly (16), wherein said head comprises: (i) a motor (15) having an upward output shaft to bear the grinder assembly (16) locked about its end, (ii) two holders (11, 13), and (iii) two vertically disposed piston cylinders (12, 14), which are arranged such that the first piston cylinder (12) connected to the main body (6) has an upward piston rod (12a), and the first holder (11) supported at the end of the upward piston rod (12a) of the first piston cylinder (12) holds the second piston cylinder (14), and the second holder (13) supported at the end of the downward piston rod (14a) of the second piston cylinder (14) holds the motor (15). <MATH></p> |
