<p>PURPOSE:To make it possible to assemble parts for the front and rear lower sections of a car body thereto in an interfacial state by arranging a table for front and rear section pallet members on a lifting table in a floating state and fitting the locating pins into the locating holes of the car body respectively. CONSTITUTION:A workpiece pallet set 14 for placing parts 5f and 5r for the front and rear lower sections of a car body and bolt set pallet 15 arrange a table 208 for front and rear section pallet members 8f and 8r having been placed thereon on a lifting table 49 in a floating state. The locating pins of the pallet members 8f and 8r are fitted into the locating holes of a car body 4 to locate the parts 5f and 5r for the front and rear lower sections in relation to the car body 4, and the table 208 is lifted, and the bolts or the like on the bolt pallet set 15 are fastened by the drive of rotary mechanisms 13f and 13r to be assembled. Thus, front and rear lower parts can be located to a car body in an interfacial state, and as a result productivity is improved.</p> |
