A plastics bearing bush is arranged between the opening and the holding arm to create a swivel bearing point with a plastics-metal bearing pair between the holding arm and the bearing block. The bearing bush (16) has an annular projection (17) which has a locking tooth formation (19) on the axial flanks. The tooth formation releasably engages a counter tooth formation (20) on the bearing block.
