<p>PURPOSE:To prevent generation of a bouncing sound by positioning the tip of a reversing preventive plate, to the lower side of the trunk of an inner side rotary case, at the neutral position of the rotation in an operating condition. CONSTITUTION:In an operating condition, an inner side rotary case 1 is fixed to a steering shaft, and an outer side fixed case 2 is fixed to a car body side. In the neutral position of the rotation under such a condition, the wire outlet 1c of the case 1 is positioned at the lower side of a trunk 1a, and the position of the base 4b of a reversing preventive plate 4 and the position of the wire outlet 1c of the case 1 are slipped each other. The tip 4b is positioned to the lower side of the trank la in such a way. As a result, since the tip 4b of the reversing preventive plate 4 presses down a tape wire 3 at the rotation neutral position, the tape wire 3 does not move easily, and a bouncing sound is hardly generated. And, a circular arc form fixing plate 7 is provided integrally to the reversing preventive plate 4 in the condition turning back from the plate base 4a, and the inner end of the tape wire 3 can be fixed to the trunk 1a, and as a result, the inner end of the tape wire 3 can be fixed simply.</p> |
