The mixer consists of cold water 20 and hot water 19 feed-pipes, an escape-pipe 18, mixing chamber 6 and water consumption and temperature regulating device (Fig. 1). It is proposed to make the said regulator by means of two discs 8 and 12 placed in the mixing chamber 6 on the axle 2 of the body 1. The body has segment-type openings 4 and 5 and a step projection 7. The disc 8 has two segment-type grooves 9 and 10 and a projection 11. The other disc 12 has two segment-type openings 13, 14 and a groove 15 that fits the step projection of the body. Segment grooves differ in size and match each other horizontally. Along the axle of the body, one end of a plate 21 is attached to the axle. The other end of the plate is connected to disc 8 with a groove.<IMAGE>
