PURPOSE:To enable safety to be improved by a method wherein an inclination of a sliding inclined face coming between a segment and an outer ring can be freely selected, and prolongation of tire vulcanizing cycle time by addition of a locking device can be unnecessitated. CONSTITUTION:Force likely to separate both side mold parts of a tire generated by pressure of a thermopressurizing medium introduced inside a tire during vulcanization of the tire, is compensated via an upper disk 114, a segment 110 having a projection at both ends, and a lower disk 103. Radial force likely to enlarge the diameter of a tread mold is compensated in an outer ring 111 via the segment 110. Axial core directional (vertical directional) component force of the radial force generated since a sliding inclined face comes between the segment 110 and the outer ring 111, is compensated via the outer ring 111, a cover plate 130, a locking means (locking claws 134a, 138a), the upper disk 114, and the segment 110. |
