<p>PURPOSE:To provide a feeding device for a brush handle which has a hanging hole on one end, to the secondary process. CONSTITUTION:A brush handle 1 which has a hanging hole and flocking holes on both ends is put in a bucket 4 of a conveyor with an endless belt 3 which continuously rotates, in such a manner that the surface of the brush handle 1 for a secondary processing may face upward, and is horizontally moved, and then, the brush handle 1 is drawn by suction, and is continuously fed to a printing device 9 for the next process by an articulated robot 5 for the constitution of a feeding device. For such a feeding device, the bucket 4 is equipped with a U-shaped groove which receives the brush handle 1 in such a manner that the longitudinal direction of the brush handle 1 may become perpendicular to the advancing direction of the belt, and a pin which is fitted in the hanging hole on the brush handle. In addition, the feeding device for brush handle is constituted in such a manner that a rubber roll which tilts the brush handle protruding from the bucket surface is arranged on the top of the bucket, and an air cylinder and rotary actuator which pinch the brush handle in the longitudinal direction and turn the brush handle upside-down are arranged on both sides of the bucket.</p> |
