This invention pertains to new tetrahydronaphthalene derivatives with common formula<IMAGE>whereR<1>- hydrogen;R<2>- hydrogen, C1-4-alkoxycarbonyl-, alkyl- or benzyl-group, orR<1> and R<2> together -(CH2)3<-> group;R<3>- hydroxy-, C1-4-alkoxy- or benzyloxy-group or a group with common formula<IMAGE>R<5>- C1-4-alkyl-group;n- 0, 1, 2, 3, or 4and to salts pharmaceutically compatible with them as well as to their preparation process. These compounds alone or mixed with pharmaceutically compatible basic and/or auxiliary substances are suitable for prophylaxis and/or medical treatment for inflammations of the alimentary canal, stomach or duodenum and other diseases in mammals (human beings as well).
