PURPOSE:To provide a biaxially stretched bottle made of polyester excellent in heat resistance, transparency and ultraviolet barrier properties, reduced in the adsorption quantity of a taste component and an aroma component and possible to re-fill. CONSTITUTION:A biaxially stretched bottle made of polyester possible to re-fill is formed from 95-60 pts.wt. of polyethylene terephthalate [A] and 40-50 pts.wt. of polyethylene naphthalate (the sum total of [A] and [B]; 100 pts.wt.) and characterized by that stretching magnification is 12 times or less and the thickness of a body part is 600-900mum. The body part of the bottle has a haize value of 5% or less and the ultraviolet transmissivity thereof is pref. 60% or less and the methanol adsorption quantity thereof is pref. 1800ppm and the p-xylene adsorption quantity thereof is pref. 120ppm or less. |
