PURPOSE:To obtain an optical information recorder/ reproducer in which dusts are scarcely deposited in an optically movable unit, and hence disassembling and reassembling are not necessary even after long term use and further an optical system realignment is not required. CONSTITUTION:The optical information recorder/reproducer comprises an optical head which emits luminous fluxes generated from a semiconductor laser 21 through an illumination optical system as optical spots S1, S2, S3 to an optical card 1 and projects the luminous fluxes from the spots S1, S2, S3 to a detecting optical system including a photodetector 30, and records or reproduces the card 1 by emitting the fluxes from the system. The optical system of the head has a stationary unit which has the emitting optical system and the detecting optical system, and a movable unit which has a mirror 20 and an objective lens 27 movable to the stationary unit. A 1/4 wavelength plate 26 is disposed at the side opposed to the stationary unit of the movable unit, and an optical path between the plate 26 and the lens 27 is sealed. |
