PURPOSE: To allow a sealing material of simple configuration similar to corresponding closures for a metal container to be surely seated on a container opening part in a stably sealed condition. CONSTITUTION: A screw cap 3 is provided with an extension member 5 extending in the radial direction over a screw cap side part and/or a pull-ring 4 arranged on the cap, and formed of a material weldable to a material of a container lid 19 in which a sealing material is arranged.
