PURPOSE:To prevent a user from forgetting to take out a transaction medium by informing the user of the transaction medium corresponding to the transaction before the reception processing. CONSTITUTION:The automatic transaction device recognizes contents of the transaction, the inserted medium, and the medium (a detailed statement and paper money) issued for this transaction. During the processing guide, a picture B01 is displayed on a display device 60. In this picture, the appearance of the automatic transaction device 1 and the vicinity of the entrance/exit of the medium to be discharged are displayed with icons. That is, a card display picture 30A, a detailed statement display picture 40A, and a paper money display picture 70A are displayed in the picture B01 together with guide sentences. When preparation for discharge is completed, a picture B02 of reception guide is displayed. In this picture, the appearance of the automatic transaction device 1 on the display device 60 is not changed but guide sentences are changed. Then, the card, the detailed statement, and paper money are discharged. When the user receives the card, the card display picture 30A is erased. |
