PURPOSE:To provide a MAKIZUSI (fish and vegetable rolled up in vinegared rice) containing a fried food such as TEMPURA (Japanese deep-fried food) of vegetables, fish, meat, etc., a food fried without coat or a fry as the ingredient without allowing the oil to penetrate through the vinegared rice and reducing its flavor thereby. CONSTITUTION:This is a MAKIZUSHI (S1) in which ingredients are rolled up in vinegared rice 3 and a sheet of laver 4 so as to come in the center part of it. In this MAKIZUSHI, the ingredients are composed of fried foods 1 such as TEMPURA of vegetables, fish or shellfish or meat, a food fried without coat or a fry. These fried food ingredients 1 are initially put on an oil bleeding- preventing material 2 such as lettus leaves, sunny lettus leaves or beefsteak plant leaves and then rolled up in vinegared rice. |
