PURPOSE:To obtain a connecting state detector for system interconnection power supply by means of which the open/close state of a circuit breaker in a transforming station can be detected accurately regardless of disturbance without requiring a signal line for exclusive use from the transforming station. CONSTITUTION:Based on a micro-variation command signal delivered from a micro-variation command section 3, a voltage control section 2 causes micro- variation of an output voltage from a non-utility generator 1. On the other hand, a decision section 5 extracts a frequency component corresponding to the frequency of the micro-variation command signal from the variation in the reactive power or frequency detected at a reactive power detecting section and detects the open/close state of a circuit breaker MC in a transforming station based on the magnitude of the frequency component. |
