PURPOSE:To obtain common salt containing an extract of bamboo and rich in natural taste. CONSTITUTION:This method for producing common salt is to carry out a step for packing natural salt 2 into a cylinder 1 of bamboo and placing a cover 3 using clay, a step for baking bamboo on the outside at a high temperature until bamboo on the outside is burned out and a step for breaking a baked and solidified salt 2 into powder and repeat these processes by proper times in the same manner as above, a step for processing firmly solidified salt 2 packed in bamboo and baked at last stage into fine powder. |
