PURPOSE:To produce a foamed body having a smooth surface, low hardness and a thin film with smooth surface which can be tightly adhered to parts to be in contact in a microscopic part to enable electrostatic control for a long time, and to improve the film strength. CONSTITUTION:The production method consists of the following processes: A process to coat the inner surface of a cylindrical mold having no split line on the inner surface to form a coating film 3 and hardening the film. A process to foam a mixture containing a compd. having two or more active hydrogen atoms, a compd. having two or more isocyanate groups, and additives such as a catalyst and a foaming controller by mechanical stirring to obtain a foamed material. A process to inject the foamed material into the mold to integrate the foamed body with the coating film 3. And a process to take a cylindrical body 2 comprising the hardened foamed body out of the mold. |
