PURPOSE:To forecast blockage in a decarbonater at the time of operation to avoid the unexpected stop of a power generating device. CONSTITUTION:In a fuel cell power generating facility wherein a condensed-heat exchanger is provided in the exhaust gas system of a fuel cell and also a water tank 14 for storing condensed water condensed in the condensed-heat exchanger, a decarbonater 15, for gasifying carbon dioxide dissolvedly existing in the condensed water, is provided on the upper part of the water tank 14. An alarm is sounded when the detected pressure by a pressure detection device 19 for detecting pressure in the water tank 14 becomes a given value or higher. |
