PURPOSE:To provide the document data processor making a reduction while changing the page data arrangement and the dimension according to the number of page data to be displayed. CONSTITUTION:The document data stored in a storage means 6 consists of plural page data arranged in the set order. The number of plural page data arranged in the set order is directed by an input means 3. With a control means 5, the arrangement of page data to be displayed on a display means 4 and the reduction rate are decided based on the number of pages to be displayed, the form size of the document data and the format. Thus, the plural pages are displayed at the same time on the display means 4. |
