PURPOSE:To provide a production method capable of saving unnecessary processes and labor, mass-producing high-quality, uniform and sanitary cut bean curd improved in shelf life in a high yield independently of the performance of a machine and producing even bean curd remarkably soft and unable to be turned over or cut so that the resultant bean curd may have shapes rich in variety. CONSTITUTION:This method for production of cut bean curd is carried out by inserting a bottomless molding box 9 for cut bean curd into a package 7 so as to fill the inside of the molding box 9 for cut bean curd with bean curd raw materials, coagulating the raw materials, subsequently drawing up the molding box 9 filling water or hot water into the package and then sealing the opening of the package. |
