INJECTION MOLDING METHOD OF PHENOL RESIN MOLDING MATERIAL

PURPOSE:To perform continuous injection molding with an injection molding machine having an injecting mechanism for thermoplastic resin by using a phenol resin molding material whose melt viscosity at a specified temperature and a stable time in a melted state are respectively specified. CONSTITUTION:When a phenol resin molding material is to be molded by injection molding, an injection molding machine having a plasticizing mechanism equipped with a backflow check ring at a tip of a screw is used. A phenol resin molding material whose melt viscosity at 100 deg.C is 10 deg.C4 deg.CPa.s or lower and stable time in a melted state at 100 deg.C is 250sec. or longer is molded by injection molding. By using the phenol resin molding material whose heat stability at the time of melting is excellent and melt viscosity is comparatively low, continuous injection molding can be performed with the injection molding machine having an injecting mechanism for thermoplastic resin.
