<p>PURPOSE:To provide a desulfurizing device which is a device for desulfurizing anaerobic biological reaction gases by a biological desulfurization method and by which the treated gases desulfurized down to a target concn. of hydrogen sulfide are automatically and stably obtd. and the amt. of a washing liquid to be used is controlled to a min. required amt. CONSTITUTION:This desulfurizing device has an absorbing device 3 which absorbs H2S in the gases into the washing liquid by bringing the liquid mixture in an aerobic oxidizing device 2 as the washing liquid into contact with the anaerobic biological reaction gases, the oxidizing device 2 which oxidizes the washing liquid, an H2S concn. measuring instrument 5 which measures the concn. of the H2S in the treated gases and a controller 6 which controls the amt. of the washing liquid in such a manner that the concn. of the H2S in the treated gases attains a prescribed value in accordance with the result of measurement by the instrument 5. The gases generated in the anaerobic treating device 1 are introduced into the absorbing device and are brought into contact with the washing liquid, by which the H2S is absorbed. The concn. of the H2S in the treated gases is then measured by the instrument 5 and the flow rate of the washing liquid by a pump 4 is controlled by the controller in such a manner that the value attains the prescribed value, by which the gases are desulfurized.</p> |
