PURPOSE:To realize an optical information recording medium in which repeating times of recording and reproducing are improved while maintaining optical properties despite a scanning speed. CONSTITUTION:A first dielectric layer 2, a recording thin film layer 3 a second dielectric layer 4 and a reflecting laser 5 are sequentially laminated on a board 1. Further, a thermal diffusion auxiliary layer 8 for diffusing the heat of the layer 5 to the optically substantially transparent for laser light rays for recording and reproducing is formed on the upper layer of the layer 5. Thus, equivalent effect to the increase of the thermal capacity of the layer 5 is obtained as seen from the incident side of the light. Even if the linear speed at the time of recording and reproducing is low, the repeating times of recording and reproducing can be increased. |
