PURPOSE: To facilitate an easy restoration of aortic aneurysm by forming an aortic graft for tubular sending-out to restore an abdominal part aortic aneurysm from a tube having the first and second end parts and equipping with the first means to fix the first end part of the tube to the aorta and the second means to fix the second end part of the tube within the bifurcation of the aorta. CONSTITUTION: In aorta 152 with two hipbone aorta 153 annexed, an aortic graft to restore an abdominal aortic aneurysm consists of a tube 160 having the first and the second end parts 161 and is equipped with a fixture means 165 to fix the first end part 161 of the tube 160 to aorta 152. The fixture means 165 includes a member with a thin wall 166 having the first and second end parts 167 and 168 and a smooth outer wall surface arranged between both end parts 167 and 168, and the member with a thin wall 166 is made free for enlarged deformation to be fixed to the aorta 152. Such a graft is utilized in an operation by means of a device 180 consisting of a catheter 181 equipped with a balloon 183. |
