The circuit comprises resisters(R1-Rn) connected between input nodes(A,B), FETs(FET1-FETn) to which drains and sources of the FETs are connected to the resisters(R1-Rn), diodes for setting on voltage of the FETs(FET1-FETn) by connecting number of diodes in series, an A/D converter(3) for converting analog voltage level of the output node(B) into digital data, a memory(4) for storing reference level data, a controller(1) for generating a PWM signal according to the reference voltage level data and output signal of the A/D converter(3), and an integrator(2) for generating a specific level signal to be transmitted to the gates of the FETs through diodes.
