PURPOSE:To obtain a vibrator being easy to be assembled and showing little nonuniformity in output voltage, in regard to a vibrator for piezoelectric vibrating gyro which is prepared by forming strip electrodes in the axial direction on the surface of a rod-shaped flectional vibrator constituted of piezoelectric ceramic and detects a rotational angular velocity by utilizing a Coriolis force. CONSTITUTION:A support which supports a rod-shaped flectional vibrator 1 at the position of a line 5 of nodal points of vibration is divided in two, an upper support 12 and a lower support 17, at the part of a support fitting of the support. The rod-shaped flectional vibrator 1 is supported by the support fittings 14 of semicircular soft elastic bodies and also it is fitted and fixed by support fixing projections 13 of the upper support 12 and support fixing recessions 18 of the lower support 17. |
