PURPOSE:To evaluate an electric circuit even before production by transmitting a control signal from a generation means and written data of a storage means to a filing device. CONSTITUTION:When a data pattern read command comes from a host device 21, servo data of position information and data of the address part like an ID address code are generated from a generation means 1 of a file evaluating device 9 and are sent to a filing device 10 through a transmission means 3. With respect to data of the data part, the SYNC code, the address code, the test pattern, and the ECC code stored in a storage means 2 are sent to the filing device 10 through the transmission means 3 in the same manner as data of the address part in accordance with the timing from the generation means 1. When read position information from the host device 21 and position information of the generation means 1 coincide with each other, a write information generation means 14 reads data of the data part by a read information generation means 19. |
