PURPOSE:To provide a low-cost reverse-flow preventing device which can reduce power losses due to a reverse-flow preventing diode by using simple constitution and use a small-capacity diode. CONSTITUTION:A reverse-flow preventing device 3 which is connected between a solar cell PV and an inverter 5 when power is supplied from the solar cell PV to the inverter 5 serving as a load is provided The reverse-flow preventing device comprises a diode 11 connected in such a way as to be oriented in the forward direction from the solar cell PV to the inverter 5, a reactor 12 connected in series with the diode 11 and used for smoothing, and a contact 13 connected in parallel with the diode 11 and closed by a magnetic field which the reactor 12 generates.
