PURPOSE:To attain sure notification by providing an interrupt generating pulse from a timer circuit to a main control signal via an AND circuit controlled by an FF so as to easily detect the emergency of a carrying person with a simple configuration. CONSTITUTION:A timer circuit 7 outputs an operation request pulse C at a setting time to set a FF 8 and an AND circuit 10 gets 'through' and an alarm by a buzzer 9 is raised. Then an interrupt generating pulse (e) from the circuit 7 is applied to a main control section 5, in which determined emergency information is automatically sent. Thus, the emergency of the carrying person is easily detected with simple configuration and sure notification is attained. Furthermore, in this case, the FF 8 is reset by operating an operation section 2, and as soon as the buzzer 9 is deenergized, the circuit 10 gets open. |
