GRATING TYPE NETWORK SYSTME AND INTER-NODE CONNECTOR

PURPOSE:To suppress the increase in the hardware amount attended with large scaled system by reducing considerably the frequency multiplexity so as to use hardware sets in each direction in common. CONSTITUTION:The grating type network system is a system in which packet communication is implemented between two nodes via an inter-node connector. Each node 100 and the inter-node connector 101 conduct processing in each coordinate axis in time division. Each node is provided with a packet transmission means sending a packet to other node of a group to which the node belongs and a packet reception means receiving a packet from other nodes. The inter- node connector is provided with a signal share means 102 sharing the packet from each node to each group, frequency multiplexer means 103-105 applying frequency multiplex processing to the distributed packet, a signal distribution means 106 distributing the frequency multiplex signal to plural nodes belonging to the group and a changeover control means 107 changing over the operating pattern of the signal share means and the signal distribution means.
