PURPOSE:To provide an oscillator circuit for eliminating electromagnetic wave noise in the output. CONSTITUTION:The input of an ExOR circuit L2 is connected to the input terminal A and output terminal B of the amplifier L1 of oscillator 10, the exclusive OR of a pair of the output signals to be mutually opposite phases of the oscillator 10 is prepared and it is inputted as a latch signal to a latch circuit 20 for which one output of the oscillator 10 is inputted data. At the normal time, the output of the oscillator 10 is latched by the latch circuit 20 and supplied to another logic gate as a clock signal. When the input terminal A and output terminal B of the amplifier L1 of the oscillator 10 output the signals of the same logic level by the intrusion of noise or the like, since the output of the latch circuit 20 is fixed to a value immediately before and outputted, the stable clock signal is outputted. Malfunctions due to the noise intruding in the clock signal are reduced. |
