PURPOSE:To enable simultaneous displaying the plural kinds of animations in respective terminals by using plural terminals with one animation decoding device and successively encoding one picture frame data composited by means of the terminals in order of the animations. CONSTITUTION:Encoding data stored by a data storing device 3 or encoding data encoded by the animation encoding device 2 of the respective terminals 5 is transmitted to an animation encoding device 1. In the device 1, variable length decoding is executed with respective two kinds of encoding data of variable length decoding parts 101a and 101b as inputs. Data variable length- decoded by the decoding parts 101a and 101b are respectively inverse quantized by inverse aquantization parts 102a and 102b and a coordinate value from a mapping information holding part 103 is read by a compositing part 104. Based on the mapping information, one new data C is synthesized through the use of frame data A and B to be respectively outputted from the inverse quantization parts 102a and 102b and data obtained by a variable length encoding part 106 is outputted to the respective terminals.
