摘要 PURPOSE:To decrease the electrostatic capacity of a panel and to decrease crosstalks and shading by making the dielectric constant of oriented films smaller in non-arrayed electrode parts than in arrayed electrode parts. CONSTITUTION:The transparent first arrayed electrodes 3 are formed on a first substrate 1 and the first oriented film consisting of of a polyamide is formed on the electrodes 3. The first oriented film is composed of the arrayed electrode part oriented film 6 and the non-arrayed electrode part oriented film 5 lacked with the electrode parts. The arrayed electrode oriented film 6 is so formed as to have a film thickness of 0.1mum and a specific dielectric constant of 3.3 and the non-arrayed electrode part oriented film 5 is so formed as to have a film thickness of 0.2mum and a specific dielectric constant of 2.5. The electrostatic capacity of the panel is decreased and the crosstalks and shading are decreased if the pixel parts to be intrinsically functioned as the oriented films are formed of the oriented films like the conventional oriented films and the dielectric constant of the oriented films of the parts which are not functioned as pixels between the arrayed electrodes is made small in such a manner.
