PURPOSE:To manufacture a wire harness while enhancing working efficiency, reducing working time and reducing the concentration at operators by selecting a wire harness assembling jig at specific constitution. CONSTITUTION:This wire harness assembling jig A comprises a horizontal member 5 horizontally placed at a predetermined height and having a placement face 511 formed on its upper face on which a plurality of connectors 9 can be placed, and a sandwiching means (sandwiching member 6) by which the plurality of connectors 9 placed on the placement face 511 are uniformly and elastically supported by means of e.g. bolts 7. The terminals of a specific terminal-equipped lead wire are inserted into predetermined terminal mounting holes one by one from behind the connectors 9, and after the terminals have been inserted into all the connectors the terminals of another lead wire are inserted similarly. After the terminals of all kinds of lead wires have been inserted, the connectors 9 are released from the state of being elastically supported by the sandwiching means, to obtain a complete wire harness. |
