PURPOSE:To speedily, easily and inexpensively supply various kinds of pay broadcast programs. CONSTITUTION:In respective terminals 2, video signals which are individually collected are added with classification codes and they are transmitted to a center device 1. The center device 1 classifies the video signals transmitted from the respective terminals 2 in accordance with the classification codes and broadcasts the programs by different channels for the respective classification codes through a cable 3. When a scramble, flag is set at the time of supplying the video signal from the terminal 2, the center device 1 scrambles the video signal and broadcasts the program. |
