PURPOSE:To obtain the power supply voltage detection circuit in which a hysteresis is provided to a comparator circuit with a simple configuration not using a transmission gate. CONSTITUTION:A PMOS transistor (TR) is ON/OFF-controlled in response to a comparison output Vo of a comparator circuit 12 to vary a divided voltage by resistors 2, 3 being applied to an inverting terminal of the comparator circuit 12. Thus, a hysteresis characteristic is provided to the comparator circuit 12 and a divided voltage by the resistors 2, 3 is applied to the inverting terminal of the comparator circuit 12. Thus, two threshold voltages set in advance to the comparator circuit 12 are not required to be changed and then the detection circuit is suitable for circuit integration. |
