The resin compsn. having excellent heat stability comprises : 0.01-5 wt.pts of bisphenol based antioxidant of formula (I) with 100 wt.pts of diene based thermoplastic resin. In the formula, R1, R2, R3 and R4 are the same or not, C1-4 alkyl; n is integer of 1-5. The diene based thermoplastic resin is methylmethacrylate-butadiene-styrene copolymer resin, acrylonitrile-butadiene-styrene copolymer resin, methylmethacrylate-acrylonitrile-butadiene-styrene copolymer resin or high impact polystyrene resin. The bisphenol based antioxidant is triethylene glycol-bis-3-(3-t-4-hydroxy-5-methyl phenol) propionate.
