<p>PURPOSE:To simultaneously reproduce disks with a time difference by continuously arranging plural optical pickups on the circumference coaxial to the circumference of the rotational center of plural optical disks. CONSTITUTION:An optical pickup mechanism 5 is formed by continuously arranging plural optical pickups P on the circumference coaxial to the circumference of the rotation center of optical disks D1 to D10 that are held on turn tables T1 to T10. By the rotation of the disk D1 and the rotation of a track movement table 4, the movement of the pickup P with respect to the disk D1 is directed relatively from the inner side to the outer side. By a control 12 of an optical pickup selector 8, pickups P3 to 8 independently read information signals within a range R of the disk D1. In this case, a time difference is generated in the reproduction by the difference of reading position of the disk D1 caused by the gaps of adjacent pickups P3 to 8. By operating in the same way as the disks D1 to 10, simultaneous reproduction are executed with a time difference.</p> |
