PURPOSE:To enable deformation of a diaphragm without providing a sub tank. CONSTITUTION:A diaphragm 68 and a partitioning plate 72 having a through hole 72A are positioned in the right side of a first ring 80. The inner peripheral surface of the first ring 80 is sealed by the diaphragm 68 so as to form a second auxiliary liquid chamber 70. A diaphragm 84 is adhered by vulcanization close to the right side of a second ring 82 so as to form a space as an air chamber 74 between the diaphragm 84 and the diaphragm 68. A connecting pipe 86 for communicating the air chamber 74 with the outside of a chamber forming member 78 through the diaphragm 84 is fitted. The connecting pipe 86 and a three- ports two-positions switching valve 56 are connected to each other, and an atmospheric air communicating pipe 58 and an intake manifold 90 are connected to the three-ports two-positions switching valve 56. |
