ANALOG-VOLTAGE OUTPUT CIRCUIT

PURPOSE: To provide an integrated circuit having an internal power source circuit. CONSTITUTION: An analog voltage output circuit 8 allows to connect the output 10 of an internal power source circuit to a connecting pin 6 of an integrated circuit. A generated internal voltage value can be measured without being accompanied by a difficulty. The analog voltage output circuit 8 is constituted in such a manner that the voltage can be applied from the outside to the output of an internal power source circuit, and also the output of the internal power source circuit can be separated from the connecting pin.
