PURPOSE:To provide the document preparation and editing system which can automatically create documents by referrers from an original document so that optional places are deleted by the referrers. CONSTITUTION:The document preparation and editing system is equipped with a 1st means 401 which adds pieces of text deletion information by the referrers to document test data of the original document, a 2nd means 402 which discriminates the pieces of text deletion information by the referrers added previously to the original document, a 3rd means 403 which compares the pieces of text deletion information by the referrers discriminated by the 2nd means 402 with externally inputted text deletion information of a specific referrer, and a 4th means 404 which deletes the deletion place corresponding to the specific referrer from the document text data of the original document when the externally inputted text deletion information of the specific referrer matches one of the pieces of text deletion information by the referrers discriminated by the 2nd means 402 as a result of the comparison by the 3rd means 403. |
