PURPOSE:To stand a trimming probe easily and surely without sacrifice of high density mounting while reducing the parasitic capacitance. CONSTITUTION:The integrated circuit device comprises a film-like resistor body 13 formed on an electric insulating board, wire bonding pads 14a, 14b connected electrically with the resistor body 13 and being connected with a pair of wires 15a, 15b, respectively, and connecting parts 17b, 18b each having an area for touching a trimming probe in order to detect the resistance of the resistor body 13 at the time of trimming thereof and connected electrically with the wire bonding pads 14a, 14b. The connecting parts 17b, 18b have probe lands 17, 18 which are separated 17c, 18c electrically after trimming the resistor body 13. |
