<p>PURPOSE:To prevent varnish from adhering on the terminal connection part by a method wherein the terminal mounting structure of a discharge lamp stabilizer is constituted into a structure wherein a projected part covering the terminal point part of the terminal can be easily removed, and after varnish impregnating this projected part is removed. CONSTITUTION:A projected part 5 is provided on the side of the outer end surface of a bobbin collar part 2, a coupling terminal 3 is inserted in the interior of the part 5 from the side of the inner surface of the collar part 2 and a holding slit 9 is provided. The joint of the projected part 5 with the bobbin collar surface 2 is the integrally constituted material of a molded item, but is formed into a form of a thinned wall thickness in such a way that the part 5 can be separated from the bobbin collar surface 2. After works, such as the insertion of the terminal 3 into the slit 9, a coil winding and a coil assembling, end, a varnish impregnating work is performed and the joint is hardened. After that, the part 5 on the end surface of a bobbin is pulled, is separated from the bobbin and a terminal connection part 31 of the terminal 3 is exposed in a state that a varnish is not adhered on the outer end surface part of the bobbin collar surface 2.</p> |
