<p>PURPOSE:To provide a tracking processor which can surely track an airplane of any type and which can present precise positional information to an operator. CONSTITUTION:The distance Ri and the reception strength A1 of a target airplane obtained by a radar apparatus are input, and an airplane estimation part 4 computes the radar reflection cross section sigmai, of the target airplane. By referring to a type file 5, the type Pi of the target airplane is estimated. A tracking-smoothing-constant decision part 6 decides tracking-smoothing constants ALPHAi, BETAi which can follow the circling performance of the estimated type Pi. By using the tracking-smoothing constants, a tracking processing part 3 executes a tracking processing operation.</p> |
