<p>PURPOSE:To provide a protective device of secondary battery which prevents the deterioration of the secondary battery, and suppresses the reduction of the discharge capacity, by providing plural specific means, in a secondary battery with the characteristics having a capacity deteriorating area according to the battery voltage and the battery temperature. CONSTITUTION:A voltage detecting means to detect the terminal voltage of a secondary battery 1 (a voltage sensor 2, for example), and a temperature detecting means to detect the temperature of the secondary battery 1 (a temperature sensor 3, for example) are provided. Furthermore, a control means which inputs the detecting results of the voltage detecting means and the temperature detecting means, and delivers a cooling instruction signal when the relation of the voltage and the temperature is in a preset capacity deteriorating area, (a control device 4, for example); and a cooling means to cool the secondary battery 1 by using the power of the secondary battery 1 when the cooling instruction signal is given, (a cooling element 6, for example); are also provided.</p> |
