A rim forming apparatus for toilet bowl consists of a bottom die plate member, whose both ends are mounted on both fixing column, driven by a motor, containing a number of lower molds in parallel, and establishing a gripping means to grip the molded product produced by action of a cylinder; and a top die plate member, whose both ends are guided with guide rails installed on both fixing columns, holding the same number of upper molds as the lower molds.
