PURPOSE:To prevent unstable rotation by positioning an element for detecting rotor magnetic pole position in a clearance that is made by omitting a flat coil partly, in such a way that it will be located inside from the outermost circumference of the flat coil viewed from the rotor side. CONSTITUTION:A flat coil 10 for a stator 20 is omitted so as to make clearances, where Hall elements are prepared as an element for detecting magnetism of a rotor. The diametral outer circumference of the element 14 is located inside from the outermost circumference of the coil 10, so that a coil 12 for power generation can be formed of pattern around the almost entire circumference excluding a part necessary for leading a wiring 16 on the surface of a substrate 2. As a result, even when a rotor is in any rotating positions, its rotational speed can be controlled by the output from the coil 12, resulting in controlling unstable rotation of a rotor. |
