PURPOSE: To solve or reduce the condensation of a gas in a housing and facilitate the monitoring of an electrophoretic experiment by circulating air by a slit-like outlet opening on the upper part of a cover and an inlet opening on the housing end part. CONSTITUTION: A housing is formed of a cover 12 formed of a transparent material and a base 14, the cover 12 has an outlet 220 formed of a plurality of slit-like openings 81 on the upper part, and the housing has an inlet formed of the clearance between the cover 12 and the base 14 on one end. The wet air from a buffer 17 ascends within the housing and discharges to the outside through the outlet 220, and an external dry air flows into a housing through the inlet to solve or reduce the condensation of the gas in the housing. Thus, electrophoresis can be monitored by a worker. |
