PURPOSE:To provide a device and method for reconstituting tomographic image capable of reconstituting a uniform tomographic image and effective in practical use. CONSTITUTION:This tomographic image reconstituting device for reconstituting the tomographic image of an object from plural projected images inputted in multiple directions is provided with an X-ray rotary projector 100 for inputting the projected images of the object, an address generator 215 for generating an interpolation coefficient corresponding to the value of a radius vector coordinate when performing the interpolation in the rotating direction to a picture element density value at the same radius vector coordinate in the plural inputted projected images, a ROM 203, a multiplier 204 for generating the new picture element density value at the radius vector coordinate as an interpolated projected image by performing cumulative adding arithmetic while using the picture element density value at the same radius vector coordinate in the plural inputted projected images and the generated interpolation coefficient, an adder 205 and a buffer memory 206. |
